Today I weighed in. I thought I would of gain, but actually I stayed the same. I am glad that it stayed the same. It really could of been worse. I am so excited about the new challenge I am in. By recording my food entry, it will keep me accountable. So far I am doing good. I am not sure about this RDI, but I will research what it is. Does it every go down? More to come later.
Well I did work out for 30 minutes on the Wii Fit. I broke up what I did into two areas. I was going to attempt Zumba tonight, but my son got three shots today and he has been joined to hip with me. Being 4 and having that traumatic event does a lot to him. He is now sitting on the floor instead right up under me. I am doing on my food portions. I think I am done with eating today. Tomorrow Donovan and I might take a walk. I wish the mosquitos weren't so bad. My son looks like the bulletin board for mosquitos.
