I didn't know latte has sugar...😭
I had 2 of them today.😱

Don't think it does.... all the carbs from the milk...

Depends if it was flavored.. definitely carbs in the milk but if it was a caramel latte or mocha latte then there was sugar syrup as well. Lesson learned!

always worth checking. And it is wild how much lactose sugar is in plain milk.
