Day 24 on Whole30. 80% done woot!! I’m spending a lot of time obsessing over food, avoiding social situations to keep from ruining my diet and I’d like more variety in my meals. But. I physically feel so much better that I don’t really want to add the “no no” foods back. I suspect my issue is with gluten. So I plan on avoiding it indefinitely. Serves me right for rolling my eyes at gluten free folks. I’m coming to terms with life without pub subs, pizza, pasta. The way I physically feel after eating those items just isn’t worth it anymore.
