Didn't get my evening walk in yesterday because everything was running behind but I did go hiking for two and a half hours. It was great, wish I could do it more often. Both of the kids in the stroller made for an additional 50 pounds up a pretty steep incline, but I did it and I don't feel sore today so I'm obviously not that out of shape. That makes me feel a little better but at the same time worse because that means its gonna be 10 times harder to lose the extra weight and flab. So far so good, need to buy a scale. My aunt says to use a tape measurer, because a scale isn't always truthful or nice. I'll get a scale see how it goes and if it doesn't seem to be moving add measurements into the equation as well.
