So far today I've had cereal and green tea. I just read something that says green tea helps you lose weight when you're dieting and exercising. I've done 100 crunches, and I already planned out my meals for the rest of the day so I don't go over because I'm staying at a friend's house tonight. I really feel good about this, I know I'm not that far in but I don't think I'll give up this time. I want this.
