Last night's dinner was not a good dinner for me. I ate too much and didn't do any workout afterwards. Why cant there be more hours in the day for family time? I hate wasting 9 hours of my life each day at work when I could be at home spending the valuable time with my family, exercising and cleaning my house so I don't have to jam pack it all in my weekend.

So, for dinner I had 11 scallops and about 2 cups of cheesy rice. It was good but I felt so guilty once I had cleared my plate! Why do I allow myself to do that? On top of that, I went to bed with a scratchy throat and woke up with a stuffy nose and sore throat! yuck! Why am I always so damn sick? I have a mild headache. I hope today is a better day with food. Atleast I have gone to the gym everyday since July 3! Proud of myself in that aspect!
