So the conference was great, and the food provided was reasonable, needless to say the 'dietary requirements' was not recorded and therefore non existent, however the main meals were appropriate I just steered away from the side of potato and emptied the wrap and left the bread to the side.
Breakfasts were still on track and dinners were mostly protein as opposed to a balance of fat and protein, however alcohol was present which is obviously high in sugar in most respects, and the last day was indeed a blow out. I could get down on myself, but my bodies already doing that. I had a really good time and naturally eating out for every meal naturally means a higher caloric intake, I have a bad habit of having to eat everything on my plate, obviously engrained in most of us when were children, a habit that has to be broken, the gift is that I'm satiated... not that I ate everything that was put in front of me. This will be my focus for the next two weeks. Consciously eating means not eating in front of the television or with distractions... this will be tricky, but I'm committed.
