Hello my FS Friends, I did not weigh-in since my last record of 172 lbs as I was away on the boat, so will weigh this coming Monday. I fear of what the scale will say as being away is hard to eat like home (I find). I did have some good Crab feasts that we had catching our own Crabs.. so fresh and delicious. So Monday Morning I will try to come to you scale, FEARLESS!!
