Day 9 Whole 30. If anything, today confirmed what I suspected. I’m an emotional eater. Work was tough today and my desire to eat comfort style food was incredible. I stuck to the diet. The guilt I would feel would outweigh the pleasure that I would get from sweets. I got this!
