Worked out two days in a row, and have really watched my calories. Planning my menu the day before really is helping. The working out is alot harder than when I started it last year. Still have some pain and sensitivity left over from my surgery. Still haven't seen any weightloss this week. I think I might up my calorie intake tomorrow and then drop it back down Friday--see if the cycling thing works.
