My personal goal last week was 6000 steps a day. I was successful everyday except Saturday when we were hit with a Colorado low meeting a sub-Arctic high - in other words a snow storm. This week my goal is 6500 steps, so far so good...Monday 6698, Tuesday 8904...we will see what today brings.
