I am so full! I am trying to reach my recommended daily intake of 1200-1300 calories. I’m eating more fruit, maybe that’s why I am so full. Should I eat when I am not hungry? I’m not trying to bring that bad habit back…..

That's a tough question. You need at least 1200 calories, but you don't want to stuff yourself...I know how you feel. I guess, I'll put it how a trainer did (way back in the day) did: Eat every 2-3 hours, even if you don't want to because once your metabolism kicks in, you'll be hungry for it. It was weird, but it worked...just a suggestion. :-) You're doing awesome!!!

I take that comment back, after I got home from my spinning class I was starving. I mean sick to my stomach and was hurting from hunger. I really thought I was going to pass out.

lol.. ur metabolism was like FEED ME!!! lol.. i have the same issue dionne.. trying really hard to get to 1200 a day.. i have to literally plan my meals first thing in the morning to make sure i do it. seems wrong doesn't eat? eat so much to lose weight?! don't know what my weigh in will say tomorrow.. but i really feel like i've dropped a couple..
