Discouraged and frustrated. Had Gastric Banding Surgery the end of January, and no I seem to be stuck. That's not supposed to happen with the band until after at least 2 years. I keep going down a pound, then back up. Need to exercise, and between the kids, the husband, and the house (and my whopping 8 hours of work a week), life just seems to keep getting in the way. Trying to make good food choices. Making a quiche for brunch this morning--eggs, fat free cheese, fresh spinach and onions and basil. Cooking something chickeny from the Weight Watchers cook book for dinner tonight. Maybe turkey hot dogs for lunch.
