Well, I'm up a pound... don't know why, still haven't eaten anything off phase 1. Let's hope getting my wisdom teeth removed is gonna be my saving grace cuz if not that whole not eating thing is starting to sound pretty good. I am at a loss on what to do. Is anyone else in the same funk as me? Oh and thanks for all the people that have been keeping up with me and sending me emails... you know who you are; I really appreciate it!
