Okay, so I’m not sleeping well, I’ve upped my magnesium to two high dose tablets before bed, granted I’ve only being doing this for the last 3 nights but still nothing. I’m going to try up my sodium too and see if that helps, but I think I’m ready to start bringing in some exercise... energy is high and I’m not tired as easily now. Not heavy duty I mean up from my usual walking to some more purposeful walking haha gradual is key right?
So I went to have some quinoa (which is still relatively high in carbs) and sweet potato corn fritters for lunch, they were only small looking in the glass display window. I ordered them but then was told they didn’t have any and would I be okay with just corn, I should have said no I’ll just have a salad (dressing on the side) but no... I said yes to not be an inconvenience... can’t do this next week when I’m at the conference, I have to start demanding better decision for myself... even if its a little inconvenience for others.
