Went off program for about 2 weeks. Currently up 4.5 pounds, guessing that about 1/2 of that is water. Back on the program now.

Denise, not sure what you were eating during those 2 weeks that you were off program, but 4.5 doesn't seem like too much. And yes, I am sure most of it is water. Good for you for not letting it keep you from coming back. That little gain will be gone before you know it.

Yea...I didn't do a blow-out, just every few days significantly over my carb allowance.
Even eating over, 90% of the time I was eating on plan, so still doing OK.
