Okay, so today is the first day of my diet. My calorie intake per day is set to 1500, which might be a little low according to most people. I don't know, as long as I'm not starving I should be fine. I just burned 200 calories on the exercize bike and I've got about 400 calories left for the day, and I really hate not eating the foods I want. I was going to weigh myself, but there is no scale in this house apparently. Oh well, hopefully in a few weeks I'll be able to notice just by looking in the mirror. I really hope this works out, I'm so sick of not being confident.
