I don't really get it. I have only eaten 863 calories so far and yet I feel so crappy and bloated. Why? I am having chicken and veggies for dinner, but I don't even want to eat. If I wasn't doing an intense workout tomorrow @7am I just wouldn't have anything, but I know I won't make it through if I don't. This is so frustrating!

Hang in there. Even though the food journal here doesn't show fiber content, you have had a high fiber day (which is good) but it can cause bloating, stomach upset and gas. Most people dont even think of stawberries as being a high fiber food (but they are). You're doing good. As your body gets use to you eating more fiber daily, it will settle down. In the meantime take some tums or something that will help relieve your discomfort. Good luck
