I don't really get it. I have only eaten 863 calories so far and yet I feel so crappy and bloated. Why? I am having chicken and veggies for dinner, but I don't even want to eat. If I wasn't doing an intense workout tomorrow @7am I just wouldn't have anything, but I know I won't make it through if I don't. This is so frustrating!
