Transitioning back into the low carb eating style smoothly. Still had some curly fries at lunch yesterday and couldnt resist some peanut m&ms, but other than that, I did well. Today should be even better.

warm up: Jumping jacks, Butt-kicks, Standing knee-raises, 25 burpees superset x3: Chest, shoulders, delts, abs
Todays goal: increase focus and determination, decrease complex carbs and sugars, increase protein, behave at happy hour after work, drink more water, and throw in back and bis workout if not hammered.
