Personally. I hate gluten free products.thank god I am not allergic to gluten ! because normal healthy person suppose to have it in there diet to remain healthy. Pasta made of durum is the best way to have healthy carbs

Actually there is no health benefit to gluten, and many, many people have serious reactions to it. There's a world of delicious and healthy foods to eat that are gluten free that do not involve gluten free products (which are typically just junk food without gluten). Avoid processed foods - eat whole foods! Think all fruits, vegetables, meats and fats.

Thats where u wrong ) gluten free diet is for people who have celiac disease or sensitivity to gluten . Dot.

Ask any doctor they will tell you.all about gluten and how it works.its just a pop diet thing.as stupid as antivaxers.but this one actually based on people’s ability to digest gluten .if u have diabetes .mist commonly u will need insulin.bit u dint need insulin if u don’t have diabetes.yoyr body produces it.same thing with gluten...maybe read at least this article to help yourself .but there is billions of them and researches describing benefits of gluten https://www.mindbodygreen.com/articles/health-benefits-of-gluten-cancer-heart-disease-toxins

If a person has a gluten intolerance and/or allergy, gluten free dieting is best for them. I personally have an intolerance to gluten/wheat. I also have a friend who has celiac disease.😫

I have Celiac. My point is that it is very possible to eat a healthy whole foods diet without eating gluten or specially formulated 'gluten free' processed products. I am also insulin resistant so all grains are not good for me.

Exactly .gluten free diet is for people with CD or sensitivity to gluten.but healthy people need gluten in there diet.and no reason to avoid it.and follow a marketing advertisement.by the way only 4 types of grains contains protein gluten .others are gluten free.so there still a lot to choose from. but I am sure u know that since your doctor should’ve told u that to manage healthy lifestyle with CD.good luck
