Thanks to Lotus' help I am trying the zig-zagging approach while eating my SB foods. It is an interesting way to eat,(increase in calories from what I am used to)but I know I need to try something different. My body only seems to drop weight when I eat barely anything. Which I can't really do and workout like I want to. I am praying this will get me some results...
