Going to the gym has been successful this week. My friend Kelly and I are going to try Jillian Michaels 30 day shred tomorrow in the am to replace going to the gym. Switching it up a bit. I drank 220 ounces of water yesterday but went over on my calories by like 200+ calories...Not too happy about that. I should have just eaten a damn sandwich instead of left over pesto linguine that was super delicious! I have got to get better self control! Any suggestions? On top of drinking water and logging my food, I also went to bed at 9 pm so I could wake up at 4:45 ready for the gym. I pushed it more than usual at the Power class today so I hope to see results here soon.
