Wow, nice big drop in weight today. I'm recording everything, haven't started the exercise yet due to schedule issues this week. I'm going to have to put exercise on my calendar and figure out a way to fit it in each day. I don't have a regular 9-5 go-to-the-office kind of job, so I need to figure out how to make it a routine each day. It's been so cold in the mornings here (mid-30s), and being a desert girl, I don't even have the clothes to go outside and hike in the morning. I'm planning on the gym every other day, so I can schedule that in the morning.
Fun evening planned tonight, I'll be driving so drinking won't be a temptation. Eating out is pretty easy, just stay away from carbs, right?
