Ouch. The holidays hurt. I'm back on track though, and finally feeling like myself again. Not tempted by anything, even though there are a few things left in my house, like granola bars and chocolate chips. I'm giving LCHF another shot with some adjustments that I think might have hindered me. If It doesn't work this time, I've got a backup plan, but it's pretty expensive.
Starting my exercise routine today. I'll begin with a little cardio at the gym and some weight lifting. Hiking tomorrow. Planks every day.
I put my youngest daughter on a plane this morning to go back to college. She was sad and teary and I was ready. Cleaning ladies are here this morning, and life is pretty darn good.
