Day 2 of my 2day calorie restriction. (keeping under 1200cals).
Next week my 2 day will try to keep under 1100cals.

Be careful going under 1200. My dr advised against it. He said I wouldn’t get the nutrients I needed and would end up tired cranky and no energy to get my daily things done. My oncologist agreed but was mostly worried about the nutrition. They were right. I did my best to average 1200-1300 for 12 weeks and my metabolism started adapting. I’d been losing slowly on that and I started to maintain. Eek! Now I can lose slowly on 1400-1500 and I’m 40# lighter.

You are over 200 pounds, you won’t hit one but many plateaus...how much are you gonna eat when you hit your 1st (first) 👆🏻 plateau? 900 calories 😰

I have found 1200 is pretty comfortable, I eat protein and veggies alot. Haven't done alot of research yet but I will. I don't want to hurt my body
