I had a good workout last night, albeit a short one. I did my dance fitness routine which normally lasts about 35 minutes, but I could only do half of it. I could feel my strength waning and I didn't want to overdo it. I'm a little sore this morning, but am okay, and I'm looking forward to another workout this evening.
