Hi FS Friends
What a beautiful day out today sunny and warm so I decided to head out for my 5 mile walk and invited hubby to come along, wow he came with me thumbs up for him..
He usually declines. Tomorrow is weigh in day, kind of nervous as I have not walked for a few days due to my soreness from doing all the spring lawn/furniture washing and putting up Gazebo with hubby, thank goodness it is finished...
This morning I had 2 pancakes..I discovered a Keto mix called Birches Blend, to say the least they were incredible never thought a mix that you use water only to taste so good..I will be purchasing them again but will see what they do to my carb intake and weigh-ins... but if all goes well I will have them for a treat on Sunday mornings only... eggs can be boring LOL
