Gym was closed so... carnival here we come lol. I haven’t had a funnel cake in probably 2 years or more. I can’t remember. This was about 9” diameter. I ate about 1/3, hubby ate half then I shared the last bit with the 4 year old scarfing it down as fast as she could lol. Logged it as the 6” here as that’s about half the area of the 9”. Think it’s too low but it’s the best I can do on logging so it’ll have to work. Note to self: do NOT have your carb snack before the gym unless you are 100% sure it’s open lol. Thankfully that was only a 90 kcal rice crispy treat as an experiment to see if that would help my energy lifting or if I needed something more like a baked potato. Any reason to have a rice crispy treat 😁.

Lol... Didn't even need to read your comment... My mind instantly said, "someone's been to the fair..". Sang it actually. I'm curious... Do you feel you get the same lifting energy from a potato as the Rice Krispy treat?

I don’t know Bella. Today was going to be the first time trying a rice crispy treat. Monday was going to be the potato. Also thought about doing a week of each and maybe a week of a protein bar. Rice crispy treat had more carbs than a protein bar or my shakes. It’s only like 17g though.
