Meal prepping for my lunches this week. Big Ass salad, tuna with mayo, avocado and balsamic, and egg salad (very little mayo).
It Really helps me stay on track and not just shove anything into my mouth when I'm hungry!

I just bought 12 meal prep containers and I’m like “ ok now what😩😩” it feels overwhelming. I’m glad to see posts on meal prep for ideas. The 12 will come in handy during my hysterectomy for my family.

Yes there u go. I get overwhelmed with it too! I would say start with a value pack of chicken and season and cook it and divide it up and just take it from there 👌🏻💕

I keep radishes in my deli drawer for a quick snack while I figure out the meal. I bought some meal prep plates with lids but haven't used them yet.

Thanks Tara❤️ It’s different now because we took in my teenage nieces so there’s hardly leftovers but of course I don’t mind 🤗 I’m thinking come up with a surgery plan meal prep.. but my containers are also freezer safe so I could do meals for my 2 12 hour shifts that are more like 13🤦🏻‍♀️
