Wednesday evening 12/26 I took a nap. When I woke up my hand was asleep, but it never woke up. The morning of 12/27 I was at the hospital emergency room. I had had a stroke which could have left me paralized. Thankfully, I am not; just numb in my right hand, foot and
EAR.
The doctor read me the riot act... "LOSE WEIGTH, GET OFF THE SOFA AND BE ACTIVE, EXERCISE or else there will be another stroke and you
won't be so lucky".
It's a tough wake-up call but one I will abide by.
