Had a pretty good weekend I worked as a CNA so I got plenty of activity,I ate pretty good also. I'm trying out a new dietary supplement it's called Slim Shots. I just feel like I need a little help to get going for a while. My night time eating is out of hand.

I'm determined to make a real start in this "get in shape" journey.

I chose some good low-fat recipes for the next two week's menus from this site I hope my husband and I (we take turns) can muster the motivation to cook instead of eat out which is our downfall.

I worry about my husband's health allot he weighs about 350 lbs and is only about 5ft 8 in. He also has height blood pressure and cholesterol and is under a doctor's care and takes medication for both. He has not watched what he eats ate all and doesn't do any exercise other than work he is an electrical lineman.

I hope I can get him motivated to walk with me this week after supper. My plan is to exercise in the morning to my walking DVD as usual and then walk with him at his pace which is pretty slow for me but I think the extra boast of activity will do me good and maybe rev up my metabolism he says he has no exercise motivation I know how he feels but somehow he and I both have to get with the program!

I pray for much luck and motivation!
