Had a bad evening lastnight. my anxieties were playing up and I couldn't stop stress snacking which then started me getting anxious about my weight. It's like a vicious cycle that I am really struggling to break. some evenings I'm fine, but other nights....well not so fine. Any tips would be greatly appreciated guys :-)
