Hormones a little out of whack and went a little crazy yesterday with cravings--most I've eaten in several days! Yet I still lost a pound, not sure how that happened, but I'm happy!!
*Edit* After updating my food journal--most I've eaten in a LONG time! My goodness, I really pigged out yesterday...how did I lose weight??
