Will be filling out menus for the next two weeks I'm diffidently going to cut out some of the fat I'm eating Lord knows I've got plenty of low fat cookbooks gonna see if that helps. I'm not happy with my performance this week but there's nothing I can do about it now but move on. I will been working as a CNA this weekend and that burns a ton of calories and I'll work out tomorrow (Fri) on my day off. I WILL GET THIS RIGHT. I must recommit myself some how.
Only had 6" of my footlong sub saving the rest for tommorrow's lunch only my sweet hubby thought I needed a treat,a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie.It was so good and so bad.
