I am trying to watch my sodium intake for the first time ever. I was blown away by how ONE PICKLE put me way over the top along with a few conveniance items yesterday. What a learning process this is. I also gave in to emotional eating yesterday and had a Fiber One muffin before bed! AAGH! Today will be better...

at least it wasn't a bowl of ice cream before bed!! The fiber helps to move the junk through anyway, don't worry too much about that, you may have done your body a favor. Actually, I have been having a little cereal b4 bed these last few nights, that may have helped the scale go down. Happy day!1
