Didn't do so well today first off I couldn't muster the will to exercise I hate having fibromayalia. Then I ate terrible went over my points just by 5 but the fat content I ate was terrible do better tomorrow. I haven't had to bad a week though. One good thing today I did was avoid the snack machine.

Going over 5 points is okay!! Remember we get an extra 35 (right?) each week (which is 5 per day). I didn't feel like exercising either today. I was planning on it, then just said "forget about it". I did weigh in today, though, and lost 2.6. I was trying for 2.8 so I could get the golden keychain! LOL!
