ok, yesterday sucked. I am an emotional eater and yesterday was just SO emotional. I tried and tried to NOT give in. I rummaged through all the low carb, healthy snacks I had and nothing worked. Then I opened the freezer and saw the small container of Tahitian vanilla bean gelato. Why do I still have that in the freezer? OK, just one spoonful....then another...then two scoops in a bowl. Damn it! Woke up hurting today, don't know if its because of the sugar, the weather, or that time of the month coming on, but it still sucks.
So I grabbed some Atkins endulge bars at the store to help take care of the sweet cravings. In case anyone doesn't know: the coconut ones suck.
