I'm doing a fun little exercise. I've been at work since 6:30 am today, leaving at noon.

I have these two sitting on my desk. They're no real damage, but I'm pretty sure I don't need to eat them. Yet, they kinda like calling me. I've grabbed one several times, and then put it back.

Going on my new path, it will be nice to better control the urge to randomly snack, and simply say "no thanks".

My mission is that they will come home with me. Both of them. Intact.

Consider it a little challenge in determination. Maybe monday I should put a pile of candy? lol. Better not. It's gonna be fasting day. :)

Will power...something I'm working on. Often times at work I find myself walking to the fridge as if something is pulling me there. Then I quickly pivot and walk myself back to my desk because I'm not even hungry!

LOL, Jillian, I think we pretty much all do that. I check it on a regular basis to see if a reverse burglar came in and randomly put food in my fridge. :)

I like fruit more than I do candy... I'd have given in lol! Lucky me clementines are in season so at least they are smaller!
