I have discovered lentils! I've tried them before but I tried the wrong ones. GREEN lentils are the biz! 15 minutes to cook in veggie stock with lemon juice and a bay leaf. lovely texture and so nice in salads. I cooked then up yesterday with some sauteed veggies, then. mixed some yoghurt into the last of Jane's salad dressing (vinegar, oil, curry powder) and poured it over. was soooo good!
