Back to it. I am going to get my cholesterol levels down and lose some of this weight if it kills me! heh heh. My calf has been sore for the days and I'm worried it's another clot (am still on thinners from the other clot post-surg last October) but I just thought gee I could have a stroke just like that. I really need to start taking care of myself and stop putting it off until tomorrow. Tomorrow has come.
