Fitness evals this Saturday... it's crunch time!
Diet: So I'll be eating nothing but poultry, protein shakes, and vitamins/supps this week to trim down the waist to keep it at 35" or less.
Fitness: Pushups and situps are golden at 60 per minute. The run has improved by 2 minutes; averaging 11:35 for my 1.5 mile run. 6 months ago I scored 81 pts. The goal this time around is a composite score of 90 which is largely determined by the run.
Let's rock this shit!!

60 pushups a minute? that would take me an hour. i could maybe manage 30 situps. i'll try this afternoon maybe.
