I had a "carb attack" yesterday & consumed THREE times my usual Net carbs! I was scared to get on the scales this morning... 1.2lbs LESS weigh today ! Now I'm wondering if I have been doing my LCHF diet wrong all along, Lol.. Maybe, this was a one time outta the box thing? I didn't do any exercise at all-none> totally lazy day .. Wondering where to go from here... Any thoughts?

You have been doing more carbs than I would. I stick to around 20 to get in ketosis. Anyways a loss is nice. Take it to the bank!!!!!
