Day two of the 8 week blood sugar diet. I have 13 kegs to lose. First goal is 4 kgs in 12 days for Rachael’s engagement party. Then 3 kgs the next two weeks in time for our night out. Then 4 kgs the next 3 weeks prior to Easter. Gotta look good in those shorts. After that I will go on the 5;2 diet and maintain the weight over Easter and the eastern states trip. Hopefully I can pick up an extra 2 kg loss over the time
