Hi fellow low-carbers, I discovered some hidden carbs yesterday, so I think I need to be more aware of everything I put in my mouth since I am shooting for less than 20 carbs per day...not "Net" carbs, but total carbs. Each day I take 3 calcium supplements, 500 mg each. They are in the form of a "sugar-free" caramel chew. Well...it turns out that each of those supplements has 5 gr of carbs, adding 15 to my daily total. Not good.
Am I being obsessive? Maybe, but I really want my Low Carb High Fat experiment to work, so I have to do it right to really know. I have 27 lbs to go to be in the normal BMI range. At least I'm not obese anymore.
I think that's all I have to say today, I think of stuff later in the day, but usually don't get around to adding it.
