Disappointment does not begin to describe my mood. I have been waiting for my big weigh in today - so sure I'd finally dip into the 140's. And - what do I get? A weight gain!

Usually when I gain I know exactly what happened - but not this week. I am totally clueless.

Deep breath - I'll give this 3 more days. If nothing changes by Monday I'm going to have to reassess my whole program.

Thank you for joining my pity party.

Yeah, definitely keep breathing, Buffy. and remember how far you've come. You're doing brilliantly. Fluctuations happen. You know that. you just had your weigh-in on the wrong day. Hangbin there. The next weigh in will be amazing.

Ruhu - Yes - focus - one day at a time. I will repeat this over and over until maybe I get it!.
