well what and eventful weekend. it was horrible my mum had a turn in front of me. I thought I was going to loose her. now she is in hospital and getting tests done and getting great care. gave me a jolt and today. I am eating properly and making sure I'm in the right head space to help mum when she gets home. not getting on the scales atm just eating right and my portions
