And... As of today I have officially lost 10.1 kg since October. Most I have lost on any of my previous weight loss adventures.. I usually hit a plateau around 5-8kgs because I just get so bored with "paid for, structured meal plans" like Weight Watchers or Weigh Less. AND I am under the 89kg mark for the first time in probably more than 5 years. So this was is my first big goal achievement while IF: 16/8 and restricted calories + loads of fun at the gym 3x weekly and walking my fluffy best friends every day. Next goal = 85kg.
