How old is your grandson Buffy? Re- snacks - it would be good to have things like veggies on hand for you so you can graze on low cal stuff as opposed to the high cal stuff I usually inhale at parties like chips and dips , candy etc. I could eat my weight in a matter of minutes and have it stuffed in my gob and swallowed before I know it. Don't do what I do!!!
Hope your house is intact after the party- boys can be wild ones.

Newmooney - He will be 11 - so hard to believe! And yes, I do have to give thought to having some good food on hand! BTW - We will have 66 degrees and sunshine so party will be out on the deck!

Enjoy the party (easy for me to say, right!?!). You well know how quickly they grow up, so savor each moment. I'm so looking forward to being a grandma... but since neither of my sons even has a girlfriend, think I'll be waiting awhile yet. So, I'm living vicariously through you! Can't wait to hear all abut it!

I will live vicariously through you too Buff. My two grandsons are far away in Massachusetts. I am lucky to get a pic. LOL! Why not just buy a meat and cheese tray for you and the other adults to counteract the OTHER things brought over. It's easy. Have a great weekend. I know ou are glad to have the time off. Hugs!
