9:00 6 oz yogurt with rasberries 10:30 spin for 1 hour I was SOO TIRED after the class! 11:30 protein smoothie with blueberries and strawberries and about 2 tbl peanut butter (couldn't resist while makng lunch for my daughter) 1 hersey kiss
1:30 went to the mall...tough. I had to have half an Aunt Annie's pretzel..in looking it up with my friend, we figured a whole pretzel is about 6 points on weight watchers (she's doing WW)
4:00 1/2 bag micro popcorn 5:00 cucumber and tomato salad 6:00 salmon and 1 serving veggies---probably asparagus
