I've made some pretty brutal discoveries about myself..
However this has encouraged me to make changes.
I joined another support group on line for mood disorders, don't know if it will help but I am going to give it a try.
Anyways I thought I would write a quick entry today
My continued gratefulness
my mom and brother
my job and extra hrs
the incredible people I have met on here, (buddies)
getting out of bed
finding a support group
guardians who guide me through my daily life.
and the biggest gratitude goes to being alive, not giving up on myself, working through all my own self inflicted drama.
